So you want to get a body like Beyonce Knowles?
Great stuff! Well it isn't going to be easy because you know Beyonce Knowles put a lot of work into it. So first as always lets look at the stats.

toward chest, reaching right elbow toward it. Alternate right and left

MINUTE 4: LEFT TWISTS
Lie on back, knees bent, hands behind head, elbows out. With feet on
floor, curl up, aiming right shoulder at left knee.
MINUTE 5: RIGHT TWISTS
MINUTE 6: REST
MINUTE 7: PLANKS
Lie facedown. Support your weight on toes and forearms. Keep elbows
directly beneath shoulders and body straight.
MINUTE 8: REST
MINUTE 9: PLANKS
MINUTE 10: REST
MINUTES 11 and 12: CAPTAIN'S CHAIR
Do 3 sets of 20 at a gym. Grip handholds and press lower back into pad,
letting legs hang. Slowly lift bent knees to chest.
She also does the following:
Every day except Sunday, she does a 4 mile, 40 minute jog. After a
warm-up, she increases the treadmill incline to 2 percent and switches the
speed from 6.0 mph to 7.5 mph and back every 30 seconds.
After the treadmill comes a 20 minute dumbell session to tone.
One day a week, she does yoga to increase flexibility.
and Lets not forget that by nature she does a lot of choreography and dancing too!
Beyonce Knowles sticks to her strict guidelines. She eats a lot of green vegetables, and avoids red meat, bread, and alcohol. Beyonce’s diet is mainly low calorie, low fat, and low carb.

The fast consists of drinking a concoction of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grade b maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and filtered water that is free of fluoride. For a minimum of 10 days, you drink only the lemonade mixture. Different recipes are floating around in various books and all over the internet. For the exact amounts please refer to the program outlined in the book you are following. Please consult your doctor before doing this cleanse, and note that many experts agree that when you lose weight this quickly the cause of the weight loss is most probably water, and muscle wasting.
Beyonce's shape takes a long time to cultivate and, more importantly, is hard work to maintain. Beyonce herself has warned people off the crash diets that she goes on to obtain quick results and regain her sexy figure. It's important that you eat healthhily and exercise often.
